Monster Hunter Wilds continues its impressive run, breaking sales records and captivating players across platforms. Capcom is committed to maintaining this momentum with ongoing support, promising new DLC and updates starting in April.

The first major update, arriving free for all players, will introduce a formidable new monster, exceeding even Tempered monsters in strength. This fearsome creature will join the previously announced Mizutsune, offering hunters a fresh and challenging quarry. Players can also anticipate a new multiplayer hub, providing a central gathering point before embarking on hunts.

To further enhance the hunting experience, Capcom is offering a valuable Item Pack for players who link their Capcom ID to their gaming platform.  This promotion applies whether you're a returning Capcom player or creating a brand new ID.

This straightforward process grants access to a collection of useful items, especially beneficial for newer hunters. The pack contains a variety of healing and boosting items, alongside essential Armor Spheres for upgrading equipment.  A valuable Silver Egg, perfect for selling at a high price, is also included.  Finally, the ready-to-eat well-done steak provides an instant boost to both Health and Stamina, eliminating the need for the usual cooking minigame.

A Capcom ID serves as a unified account for Capcom's games and online services.  Required for online play in titles like Exoprimal and Street Fighter 6,  a Capcom ID also unlocks various rewards and bonuses.  Street Fighter 6's 'Runback Campaign' at launch offered a prime example of these perks.  Similar to its role in facilitating crossplay in Exoprimal, the Capcom ID is becoming an integral part of the Capcom ecosystem.
