Blizzard Entertainment has announced the return of the popular Mother's Blessing event to Diablo 4. This limited-time event offers players a significant boost to both experience and gold gains, providing a perfect opportunity to level up characters and progress through the remaining weeks of Season 7.

The gaming community is buzzing with anticipation for Diablo 4 Season 8.  Recent developer updates have shed light on upcoming changes, including the return of a formidable foe. Belial, a notorious lesser evil from Diablo 3, is set to make a comeback as an Exalted level endgame boss, challenging players with the promise of substantial rewards for those who triumph.

The Mother's Blessing event, which concluded in February, will be reactivated on March 18th and run for a full week, benefiting both eternal and seasonal characters. Players can expect a 35% increase in XP gains and a 50% boost to gold acquisition.

This iteration of Mother's Blessing also includes an additional perk.  Players who contribute Grim Favors will receive a bonus cache called a 'Collection of Chaos.'  The contents of these caches remain shrouded in mystery, adding an element of surprise to the rewards. This bonus aligns perfectly with the current Season of Witchcraft's emphasis on the Tree of Whispers.

Looking ahead, Diablo 4's seasonal structure may see some evolution.  Rod Fergusson, General Manager of Diablo, has hinted at potential changes to the Battle Pass system, aiming to give players more control over their progression and rewards.  He referenced pre-Black Ops 6 Call of Duty battle passes as an example of a system offering greater player agency.
