D3 Publisher recently announced a significant sales milestone for their alien-blasting action game, Earth Defense Force 6.  Global sales have now exceeded 600,000 units, showing continued momentum for the title. This achievement follows a previous announcement in September 2024, which reported 550,000 copies sold.

Earth Defense Force 6 continues the series' legacy of intense battles against otherworldly invaders.  Serving as the concluding chapter to the narrative arc initiated in Earth Defense Force 5,  this installment promises to unravel remaining mysteries and deliver a gripping finale.  The game initially launched in Japan on August 25, 2022, for PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4.  A global release followed on July 25, 2024, expanding availability to PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, and Steam platforms.
