The company is also committed to improving the buying experience for fans. They plan to leverage technology to ensure fairer access to products and prevent future pre-order cancellations.  The current virtual queue system is already in place to manage high traffic on the Pokémon Center website, but The Pokémon Company is actively exploring further improvements.
