Warcraft Rumble Introduces Mini Skins and Heroic Sieges
2025-03-21 07:33:25Warcraft Rumble is adding a new layer of personalization with the arrival of Mini Skins. Players will soon be able to customize the look of their Minis, beginning with a range of options for the upcoming Arthas Leader.
Previously, cosmetic choices in Warcraft Rumble were limited to tower and Kobold skins, emotes, and Leader portraits. This update introduces a significant expansion to the customization system.
Season 13 of Warcraft Rumble will introduce Mini Skins, starting with Arthas. The new Alliance/Undead Split Leader will have seven skin variations, including six recolors and a Prince Arthas skin depicting his pre-Lich King form. Following Arthas, Tirion Fordring, Gryphon Rider, and Footmen will receive "Master Skins," granting them a distinctive golden appearance.
How these skins will be unlocked remains to be seen. Some Arthas cosmetics will likely be tied to his upcoming in-game event, while others might be available for purchase. The golden Master Skins will likely be earned through in-game challenges or achievements.
Blizzard has confirmed that more Minis, including both Leaders and Troops, will receive skins in future updates.
While the exact mechanics of equipping and using these skins are unclear until the Arthas event begins in the coming weeks, players will probably be able to choose different skin options for each Army Loadout, similar to the customization system for Towers and Kobolds.
Alongside the Arthas event and Mini Skins, Warcraft Rumble is also introducing a Heroic mode for Sieges, starting with Stormwind. Completing the normal Siege will unlock the Heroic difficulty, promising "even more epic rewards." The specifics of the Heroic Siege remain a mystery, but players will discover them soon, as the Stormwind Siege is scheduled to begin on Wednesday, March 26.
With Season 13 now live, players can anticipate collecting their first Mini Skins in the near future.
