The Nintendo Music streaming service has added another gem to its collection: the complete soundtrack for Pokémon Legends: Arceus.  Available to all Nintendo Switch Online subscribers, this addition allows fans to immerse themselves in the evocative music of the Hisui region.

Launched in October 2024, the Nintendo Music app provides a curated selection of soundtracks from beloved Nintendo franchises.  With the addition of Pokémon Legends: Arceus, the app now boasts 24 soundtracks, including classics like The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, Super Mario Galaxy, and Animal Crossing: New Horizons.

The Pokémon Legends: Arceus soundtrack features 102 tracks, spanning over four hours of playtime.  From the peaceful melodies of Jubilife Village to the intense battle themes against formidable foes like Kleavor and Dialga/Palkia, the soundtrack captures the game's diverse environments and thrilling encounters.

The inclusion of the Pokémon Legends: Arceus soundtrack arrives just ahead of the highly anticipated Pokémon Day next month. The game, released in 2022, marked a new direction for the Pokémon series with its open-world exploration and action-RPG gameplay.

Set in the Hisui region, the ancient precursor to Sinnoh, Pokémon Legends: Arceus offered a fresh take on the Pokémon formula. Players were tasked with completing the region’s first Pokédex, encountering both familiar and new Pokémon in their natural habitats.

Nintendo Music has proven popular with fans, offering curated playlists like 'Break Time' and collections of top tracks from The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time and performances by K.K. Slider.  Recent additions to the service include soundtracks from classic titles such as Wii Sports, Super Mario 64, and Wave Race 64.

The success of Pokémon Legends: Arceus paved the way for the upcoming sequel, Pokémon Legends: Z-A, set in the Kalos region. While rumors suggest it may not be fully optimized for the Nintendo Switch 2, fans remain eager to explore this new chapter in the Pokémon universe.
