Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 Season 2 Reloaded: D13 Sector Return and More
2025-01-24 22:28:18Season 2 of Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 and Warzone is well underway, with the mid-season 'Reloaded' update generating significant buzz. While the initial Season 2 launch introduced a range of new weapons and content, Treyarch Studios has hinted at even more to come, leading many players to speculate about the return of a fan-favorite weapon.
The developer teased the addition of a "rip-roaring projectile armament" for Season 2 Reloaded, a description that has many believing the D13 Sector from Black Ops 3 will be making a comeback. This unique weapon, known for its ricocheting discs, would be a welcome addition to the Black Ops 6 arsenal.
The initial Season 2 launch already delivered substantial content, including new maps, modes, and the return of classic weapons like the PPSH-41 and the FN FAL (now known as the TR2). The anticipation for Season 2 Reloaded is high, with players eager to see what other surprises Treyarch has in store.
Alongside the potential return of the D13 Sector, Season 2 Reloaded is confirmed to bring the classic Black Ops 2 map, Grind, back into the mix. A new map called Bullet, set on a moving train, will offer a dynamic and challenging experience for 6v6 and 2v2 matches. Furthermore, a new perk called Hunter's Instinct and the Flyswatter Wildcard, which allows players to swap their melee weapon for a launcher, will add further tactical depth to the game.
Addressing a key community concern, Season 2 will also introduce a highly requested feature to Ranked Play. Console players will finally have the option to disable crossplay in ranked matches. This change aims to mitigate the impact of cheating, a persistent issue that has frustrated many players, particularly on consoles facing PC hackers. Activision remains committed to combating cheating and this option provides more control over the competitive environment.
