Honkai: Star Rail's challenging endgame mode, Memory of Chaos, receives regular updates to keep players engaged.  Similar to Genshin Impact's Spiral Abyss, Memory of Chaos features rotating buffs that encourage strategic team building around specific elements and characters.

Leaks regarding Version 3.3 suggest a significant shift in the Memory of Chaos meta.  A prominent HoYoverse leaker, HomDGCat, revealed the upcoming "Memory Turbulence" buff, which grants the first character in the player's team a substantial damage boost. This buff, called the "Blessing of Floral Candles and Skyborne Feathers," adds a percentage of the initial damage dealt as True Damage.

This unique buff adds an intriguing layer to team composition strategies.  While it significantly empowers the leading character, it specifically excludes damage dealt by Memosprites, impacting the effectiveness of Remembrance characters.

This exclusion is notable given the recent influx of Remembrance characters released by HoYoverse.  With several Remembrance units introduced around the Amphoreus storyline, including the Remembrance Trailblazer and Castorice, this buff may discourage players from utilizing these characters in the upcoming Memory of Chaos cycle.
