Marvel Rivals continues to excite players with fresh content, including new characters and skins.  Following recent additions like The Thing and Human Torch, and with Blade on the horizon, a new leak suggests a stylish addition for Black Widow.

Data miners have uncovered hints of a free Black Widow skin inspired by the Marvel 1872 comic book series.  This unique take on the character reimagines her in a Wild West setting.

The rumored promotional event, running from March 7 to April 11, will reportedly offer players this distinctive skin.  According to leaks, the outfit features a cowboy hat adorned with Black Widow's logo, a red scarf, leather gloves, and a six-shooter revolver.

The skin draws inspiration from the Earth-51920 version of Black Widow, where she's married to Deputy James “Bucky” Barnes.  In this alternate universe, she becomes a vigilante after his death, seeking justice against the corrupt Mayor Wilson Fisk. She subsequently protects the town of Timely alongside Red Wolf.

This 1872 storyline also features Wild West versions of other Marvel heroes, including Iron Man and Captain America, potentially paving the way for more themed skins in the future. The leaked end date for this promotion coincides with the rumored start of Marvel Rivals' second season, which is expected to bring even more characters and costumes.
