Hazelight Studios, the acclaimed developers of It Takes Two, are gearing up for the release of their next cooperative adventure, Out of Bounds.  In a recent interview with MinnMax, Game Director Josef Fares shared some intriguing details about the upcoming title, including its surprisingly substantial development budget.

Fares revealed that Out of Bounds has almost double the budget of It Takes Two.  Despite the increased investment, the development timeline has remained relatively consistent with their previous project.  When pressed about where the additional funds were allocated, a confident Fares simply exclaimed, "Look at this game! Are you kidding? Look at the game!"

Beyond discussing the budget, Fares also hinted at Hazelight Studios' future plans, indicating a strong commitment to the cooperative genre and a drive to surpass their previous successes. The studio aims to continually push boundaries and deliver innovative co-op experiences.

Out of Bounds launches on March 6th for PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.
