A new trailer and Steam demo have been released for Game of Thrones: Kingsroad, providing a glimpse into its combat system and open-world exploration across Westeros.  Players will experience battles beyond the Wall and encounters with familiar faces like Cersei, Jaime Lannister, and Jon Snow.

Originally revealed in November 2024 and showcased at The Game Awards, this highly anticipated game is developed by Netmarble.  Set after the first season of the hit TV show, players will assume the role of a noble from House Tyre, navigating the political landscape and dangers of Westeros.

The demo, available through Steam Next Fest, offers a hands-on experience of the gameplay and combat mechanics.  Players can choose from three distinct classes: the Knight, the Sellsword, and the Assassin. Each class offers a unique playstyle, catering to different preferences. The Knight provides balanced gameplay, recommended for beginners, while the Sellsword focuses on powerful, albeit slower, attacks. The Assassin excels in hit-and-run tactics.

Game of Thrones: Kingsroad boasts a vast open-world environment, allowing players to freely explore Westeros. This immersive experience aims to capture the essence of the popular universe created by George R.R. Martin.

Currently, Game of Thrones: Kingsroad is confirmed for PC and mobile platforms.  While a console release isn't planned at this stage, it remains a possibility depending on the game's success.
