Prepare for a whole new world of enchantment as Disney Dreamlight Valley unveils its highly anticipated Tales of Agrabah update, launching on February 26, 2025. This free update invites players to embark on a magical journey alongside beloved characters, Aladdin and Jasmine, in a brand-new realm inspired by the classic Disney film.

The adventure begins in Agrabah, a bustling marketplace where players will team up with Aladdin and Jasmine to unravel the mystery behind devastating sandstorms threatening their homeland.  But the excitement doesn't end there! Players will also have the chance to unlock the legendary Flying Carpet as a companion, adding a touch of magic to their exploration of the Valley.

As revealed in the recent Developer Update video, a new Realm door will open in the Dream Castle, granting access to the vibrant marketplace of Agrabah. This new area introduces Aladdin and Jasmine to the Valley, each with their own engaging Friendship Quests and unique, majestic Friendship Rewards.  Along with befriending these iconic characters, players can acquire the iconic Flying Carpet as a companion, soaring through the skies in style.

The update coincides with the return of spring festivities, featuring a seasonal Eggstravaganza event. Weekly DreamSnap challenges will add to the seasonal fun, and Scrooge McDuck's store will be stocked with a mix of new and returning spring-themed merchandise.

Exploration expands with the introduction of four new Floating Islands in Peaceful Meadow, Dazzle Beach, Glade of Trust, and the Forgotten Lands.  The Premium Shop also receives a convenient upgrade, allowing players to pin two bundles, keeping them available for purchase until swapped or bought.

Significant improvements to the cooking experience streamline meal preparation, making culinary adventures more enjoyable. For home decorators, new room size customization options offer greater design flexibility, and additional rooms can be added to secondary houses, expanding creative possibilities. The ability to remove mailboxes from secondary houses provides a cleaner aesthetic.  A small but welcome addition is the option to offset wallpaper designs, allowing for even more personalized interior decorating.

Players can also look forward to a brand-new Star Path, brimming with exciting rewards and challenges.

Among the key improvements and bug fixes included in this update are enhancements to cooking mechanics, user interface improvements, and general gameplay optimization. These changes promise a smoother and more immersive Dreamlight Valley experience.
