While the base game continues to garner praise, the upcoming DLC packs, revealed in the pre-release roadmap, have sparked much discussion.  The second pack, 'Legacy of the Forge,' scheduled for a fall release, has players particularly intrigued.  The DLC's description suggests Henry will embrace his adoptive father's blacksmithing profession, leading many to believe the central location will be the father's forge in Kuttenberg's Jewish Quarter, as hinted at in in-game dialogue.

Warhorse Studios has strived for historical accuracy in depicting locations like Kuttenberg, a prosperous silver mining town occupied by Hungary in 1403.  The historical significance of the town, including King Sigismund of Hungary's visit during that period, allows for a richer narrative intertwined with real-world events.

Despite the positive reception of the game's environment, some players have expressed concerns about the number of inaccessible areas within Kuttenberg. Speculation abounds that these areas may be reserved for future content.  The lack of accessible church interiors, a stark contrast to the first game, has also been noted.  This could be related to the third DLC, 'Mysteria Ecclesia,' which focuses on Henry's investigations within Sedlec Monastery.
