Torn Banner Studios has just announced the most substantial update to date for their hit co-op survival horror title No More Room in Hell 2. Dubbed the "Reanimation" update, this massive content drop launches April 15, 2025, introducing two brand-new maps, revamped gameplay systems, and terrifying new zombie variants to challenge even veteran survivors.

Since its October 2024 Early Access debut, No More Room in Hell 2 has consistently evolved through monthly updates, with December's patch notably reintroducing the fan-favorite Infection mechanic. The upcoming Reanimation update represents a quantum leap forward, fundamentally enhancing multiple aspects of the permadeath survival experience while staying true to the series' roots.

The update introduces two dramatically different environments: Pottsville, a claustrophobic suburban nightmare perfect for close-quarters combat specialists, and Lewiston, which forces teams to make strategic decisions between evacuation routes as daylight dwindles. These maps join the existing Power Plant and Waldoboro locations, significantly expanding the game's environmental diversity.

Beyond new locations, the Reanimation update delivers crucial quality-of-life enhancements:
