The Pokemon Trading Card Game Pocket continues its strong momentum with the launch of the Mass Outbreak event, focusing on Grass-type Pokemon.  This limited-time event offers players improved wonder picks with a higher chance of obtaining rare and sought-after Grass-type cards like Leafeon ex and Heracross.

Following its successful launch in 2024, achieving over 10 million downloads in just two days, Pokemon TCG Pocket has maintained player engagement with regular updates, new events, and an expanding card pool.  The introduction of a trading feature, despite initial challenges, has been refined to provide a smoother experience for players.

The Mass Outbreak event runs until March 29, 2025, offering bonus wonder picks featuring a curated selection of Grass-type Pokemon such as Snivy, Cherubi, and Servine.  Players can utilize wonder stamina to try their luck at obtaining these rare cards.

This event also introduces new Missions with rewards like shop tickets for wonder picking and collecting specific cards. A highlight is the Leafeon ex Petals Flair: White (Battle), obtainable through exchanges, which adds unique visual effects to the Leafeon ex card. Alongside the Mass Outbreak event, Pokemon TCG Pocket introduces the Shining Revelry booster pack on March 27.  This pack introduces Shiny versions of fan-favorite Pokemon, including Charizard ex, Lucario ex, and Pachirisu. Starting April 1, players can showcase their prized cards with a special Shiny Charizard display board. Shining Revelry also incorporates cards featuring Pokemon and Trainers from the popular Pokemon Scarlet and Violet games, like Tatsugiri, Sprigatito, and Paldea's Electric Gym Leader Iono.
