NetEase Games has unveiled a first look at the upcoming Mrs. Barnes skin for Black Widow in Marvel Rivals. This free skin will be available to players as part of the Galacta's Cosmic Adventure event.  Since its launch, Marvel Rivals has amassed over 40 million players and continues to be a significant success, praised for its developer's attentiveness to community feedback.

The Galacta's Cosmic Adventure event also introduces a new game mode called Clone Rumble. This mode presents a unique gameplay experience where each team initially selects a single hero. Players then choose which of the two heroes they wish to play as, resulting in a battlefield filled with duplicates.  A trailer showcased a scene with multiple Punishers engaging each other with turrets, generating excitement among fans. However, some disappointment has been expressed regarding the limited-time availability of this mode within the larger event.

The Mrs. Barnes skin gives Black Widow a Western-themed appearance, complete with a cowboy hat, leather chaps, and a weapon-laden belt.  Players can claim this costume by participating in Galacta's Cosmic Adventure, which runs from March 7th to April 11th.  The event also offers opportunities to earn Units, an emote, a nameplate, and other rewards.

For players seeking additional cosmetics, new Marvel Rivals skins for Venom and Cloak and Dagger are set to arrive on March 6th. Leaks suggest these costumes will be of Epic rarity and priced at 1,600 Units each, with bundles including a spray, emote, and MVP screen.

While Season 1: Eternal Night Falls is still ongoing, much of the community is already looking ahead to Season 2, speculating on which hero might be introduced next. Currently, the Central Park map in Marvel Rivals depicts Blade held captive in Dracula's lair, leading many to believe the vampire hunter's debut is imminent.  However, leaks also suggest the potential arrival of Emma Frost in the near future.  With a new event to enjoy and more content on the horizon, fans eagerly anticipate NetEase Games' next move.
