Recent leaks provide insights into the upcoming Honkai: Star Rail Version 3.3, hinting at the arrival of two new five-star characters: Hyacine and Cipher.  Honkai: Star Rail has consistently introduced two new five-star units with each update, allowing players to anticipate fresh additions to their roster.

While Version 3.1 is currently underway, featuring Tribbie and Mydei, leaks are already surfacing about Version 3.3.  Tribbie is available in the current banner cycle, while Mydei is expected to arrive in the second phase of the update, projected for March 19.

A credible Honkai: Star Rail leaker, Luna, has revealed that Hyacine will be a five-star Wind character aligned with the Path of Remembrance. This suggests a kit potentially involving summons, a common characteristic of Remembrance characters.  Furthermore, Hyacine is described as a "Burning HP Healer," possibly indicating a reliance on or high SPD.

Cipher, the second leaked character, is anticipated to be a five-star Quantum Nihility character.  This implies a focus on applying debuffs, with their DPS potential reportedly scaling primarily off CRIT Damage.

Both Hyacine and Cipher have connections to the game's lore. Hyacine is an NPC currently residing in the Eternal Holy City Okhema. She is one of the Chrysos Heirs, born of golden blood after the fall of the Eternal Land's Titans.  Her roles include head nurse at the Twilight Courtyard and assistant teacher of the Nousporists in the Grove of Epiphany.

Cipher, though not yet seen in-game, has also been mentioned in the storyline. Another Chrysos Heir, Cipher is a demigod possessing the Coreflame of Trickery.  Despite her golden blood heritage, Cipher abandoned her duties in Okhema to pursue a life of mischief and intrigue.

While leaks regarding character paths often prove accurate, players should await the next beta for confirmation of these details.  Following HoYoverse's typical update schedule, Honkai: Star Rail Version 3.3 is expected around April 23.
