Hugo Vlad first appeared in Lycaon's Agent Story during Version 1.0 and was also featured as an opponent in Version 1.5's "Ridu's Got Boo" event. Speculation is rife about Hugo becoming a playable character in the future, although a concrete release window remains undisclosed.
