Monster Hunter Rise: Every Weapon Boasts Unique Design, Unlike World's Re-Skins

Unlike *World*, where many weapons were simply re-skinned versions of each other, *Rise* will feature entirely unique models for every weapon.
Tokuda explained, "As an aside, the weapon designs in *Monster Hunter World* often maintained a certain form, with their appearance customized based on the monster materials used. However, in *Monster Hunter Rise*, every weapon has its own unique design."
This means players won't encounter the samey weapon appearances that sometimes plagued *World*. While some weapon upgrades in *World* eventually led to unique models, many weapon lines remained visually similar throughout their upgrade paths, a point of contention for some players. *Rise* aims to rectify this by ensuring each weapon stands out visually.
