Marvel Rivals is making waves with a series of exciting announcements. Players can look forward to new character skins, a fresh game mode, and compensation for a recent server disruption.

NetEase Games has revealed that new skins for both Venom and Cloak and Dagger will be available on March 6 at 6 PM PST. Cloak and Dagger's "Twilight Duo" skin draws inspiration from the elegance of Sicily, featuring Dagger in a radiant white suit with gold accents and Cloak in a dapper purple suit with gold and black details.

Venom's new "Lingering Imprint" skin takes a more sinister approach.  While retaining the character's signature white spider, the symbiote suit is reimagined with jagged edges, resembling spikes or rocks. This design gives Venom a bulkier appearance and evokes elements of his Agent Venom comic book costume.

In addition to the new skins, Marvel Rivals is introducing the innovative "Clone Rumble" mode.  This mode pits two teams against each other, with each team selecting a single hero. All players then choose which of the two selected heroes they want to play as. A preview trailer showcased 12 Mister Fantastics battling it out, hinting at the unique gameplay possibilities. Clone Rumble promises strategic depth, encouraging teams to choose heroes that can effectively counter each other.

NetEase Games is also addressing a recent server outage by offering compensation to affected players. This demonstrates their commitment to the community and a focus on providing a smooth gaming experience.

Further enhancing the player experience, a free Black Widow skin will be earnable through participation in an event coinciding with the launch of Clone Rumble on March 7.  Players can also obtain a free Groot skin by completing the second set of Midnight Features quests.

With a flurry of new content, including cosmetic items and a unique game mode, Marvel Rivals appears poised for continued success. The combination of new skins, Clone Rumble, and player compensation paints a positive picture for the game's future.
