A developer recently teased 'surprise inclusions that push the envelope,' hinting at unexpected additions to the game. While specific details remain scarce,  recent teases offer a glimpse into potential post-launch content.

Official WWE Games social media channels have released short videos seemingly teasing potential DLC wrestlers. One video features imagery suggestive of Japanese cherry blossoms (hinting at NXT star Giulia), Detroit (possibly indicating the Motor City Machine Guns, Chris Sabin and Alex Shelley), and Santiago, Chile (home of NXT's Stephanie Vaquer).

A second video showcases a bandana with the ECW logo in New York City, leading to speculation about the controversial wrestler New Jack's inclusion. The video then cuts to the NXT arena, where a fan displays Penta's signature 'cero miedo' hand gesture, and a prominent 'J' is visible in the ring. This 'J' could point to Jorydnne Grace or potentially Joe Hendry. Finally, a Japanese lake with a Prime bottle appears, with Bull Nakano reflected in the water. The Prime bottle might represent someone connected to Logan Paul, perhaps IShowSpeed or KSI.

It's important to note that these are interpretations of the teases and may not be entirely accurate. However, even if only some prove true,  WWE 2K25 seems to be taking a more aggressive approach to DLC, expanding its roster to reflect the current WWE landscape.

If these speculations are accurate, New Jack's inclusion would be the most surprising. He has never appeared in a WWE game before, although he was featured in ECW games and Backyward Wrestling 2.
