World of Warcraft is gearing up for the release of Mists of Pandaria Classic with the launch of new upgrade packs. These packs offer a variety of Sha-themed cosmetic items for both Classic and modern WoW, allowing players to immerse themselves in the corrupted aesthetic of the upcoming expansion.

Announced during last year's Warcraft Direct, the arrival of Mists of Pandaria Classic marks a return to the highly acclaimed expansion. With Cataclysm Classic's final content update recently launched, the journey to Pandaria is just around the corner.

The Sha-Infused packs come in two versions: Heroic and Epic. The Heroic Pack, priced at $40, includes the Sha-Touched Cloud Serpent flying mount, Sha-Touched Riding Tiger ground mount, Sha-Touched Tea Set toy, and the Stormstout’s Sha-Touched Collection transmog set for Classic WoW. It also includes Sha-Warped versions of these items, along with the Merriment pet, for modern WoW characters.

The Epic Pack, available for $80, includes all items from the Heroic Pack, along with a Level 85 Character Boost for Classic and 30 days of game time. This boost offers significant value for players looking to jump into Cataclysm Classic's max level content at a reduced price compared to purchasing a boost separately.

Players can use most of the cosmetic items immediately, except for the transmog sets, which will be unlocked with the Mists of Pandaria Classic Pre-Patch.

The appearance of the Sha-Touched Cloud Serpent and Riding Tiger on the Cataclysm Classic PTR a month before the expansion's official announcement led to speculation about their inclusion in the upgrade packs, which has now been confirmed.

The store page for the upgrades also provides a more precise timeframe for the Mists of Pandaria Classic release. The pre-patch is expected on or before July 31st, with the full expansion launching no later than August 31st. While these dates are subject to change, players can anticipate exploring Pandaria in Classic WoW within the next six months.
