Rumors are swirling in the Fortnite community about the next headliner for Fortnite Festival Season 8.  Following the virtual concert success of Hatsune Miku in Season 7, leakers are pointing towards pop star Sabrina Carpenter as the next featured artist.

A prominent Fortnite leaker, HYPEX, recently tweeted that a female artist is confirmed for the next season of Fortnite Festival, and insider information suggests it could be Sabrina Carpenter. This has ignited excitement among fans, many of whom have long hoped for a Carpenter-themed skin and cosmetics in the game.

Carpenter's connection to Fortnite is already established, with popular emotes based on her hit songs "Feather" and "Espresso" already available. The "Caffeinated" emote, inspired by "Espresso," even faced a temporary removal from the Item Shop due to fan feedback regarding the song's tempo, later being reinstated with the correct speed.

If the rumors prove true, players can likely expect a range of Carpenter-themed cosmetics, including skins, emotes, instruments, and potentially even additions to the Fortnite Crew subscription perks.

While Carpenter appears to be the frontrunner, some fans had speculated that rapper T-Pain might be the next featured artist.
