World of Warcraft Patch 11.1 introduced the Cartels of Undermine, a new Renown faction system.  While initially comprised of four cartels (Bilgewater, Blackwater, Steamwheedle, and Venture Company), a hidden fifth faction, Darkfuse Solutions LLC, has been revealed and is now accessible.

This clandestine group, formerly known as the Blackfuse Company during the Mists of Pandaria expansion, served Garrosh Hellscream. Now rebranded as Darkfuse Solutions, they operate as a private security force under Jastor Gallywix.  With Gallywix's defeat in the Liberation of Undermine raid, Darkfuse Solutions finds itself seeking new opportunities.

Players can unlock this faction after completing the Liberation of Undermine raid and a subsequent quest.  A letter from Sitch Lowdown, a Darkfuse Goblin, found in the Incontinental Hotel, initiates the questline. Upon meeting Lowdown, players gain the ability to earn reputation with Darkfuse Solutions across their Warband.

Gaining reputation with Darkfuse Solutions offers a variety of rewards. Several consumables usable within Undermine are available, including a rocket glider and an item to summon the Darkfuse Precipitant, the faction's Cartel Elite.  More prestigious rewards await at higher reputation levels: the Atomic Regoblinator toy at Honored, the Darkfuse Demolisher mount at Revered, and the Darkfuse Lowdown Coat transmog at Exalted.

Reputation is primarily earned by exchanging Market Research for Boxes of Darkfuse Miscellany, obtained from Sitch Lowdown. Market Research drops from various sources within Undermine, including regular mobs, rares, Elites, Cartel Elites, and S.C.R.A.P. dig site chests.

To reach Exalted reputation, a total of 84 Boxes of Darkfuse Miscellany (or 8,400 Market Research) are required.  Consumable items purchased from Lowdown can increase the drop rate of Market Research, but these come with trade-offs that temporarily weaken the player character.

It's important to note that Darkfuse Solutions operates independently from the four main Cartels of Undermine.  Reputation gains with Darkfuse Solutions do not contribute to global Renown, and players cannot sign weekly contracts with them. However, unlocking this faction early allows players to begin accumulating Market Research immediately.

With the Story Mode Liberation of Undermine readily accessible, unlocking Darkfuse Solutions and its unique rewards is now within reach for all World of Warcraft players.
